Insurance association urges Tennessee Department of Health to protect consumers against anticompetitive hospital mergers

( September 24, 2015, 22:31 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: America’s Health Insurance Plans filed comments on the Tennessee Department of Health's proposal regarding the certificate of public advantage application process for cooperative agreements among hospitals.
