Deutsche lawyer probes lack of 'formal process' for exculpatory evidence in Australian-cartel case

In continued cross-examination hearings in the Federal Court of Australia today, Michael Taylor, a former Australian Competition & Consumer Commission director said there’s “no way” something would be included or excluded from statements without a witness’ say so.
