Horizon Partners seek to dismiss complaints, argues mere ownership of Groeb Farms doesn't amount to liability for Groeb's misconduct

Horizon Partners argues that the complaints assert it is liable for the conduct of Groeb Farms because Horizon Partners owns GFI.
