The Philippines' ranking on the index fell six notches from 95th place out of 168 countries in 2015 to 101st place out of 176 countries in 2016. The National Economic and Development Authority said it was confident the decline in ranking would not affect the country's foreign direct investments, according to Business Mirror. But NEDA Undersecretary Adoracion Navarro called on the government to monitor corruption in agencies, as well as investigate and prosecute corrupt policemen....
