Bayer, Pharmacia Brasil urge CADE to close wage-fixing probe in healthcare market

Bayer also said a leniency agreement signed between Getinge do Brasil, Maquet Cardiopulmonary do Brasil, and the Administrative Council for Economic Defense, or CADE, in 2019 giving birth to the case should be canceled.
