The commission plans to look into whether the retailers abused their market-dominant power by dumping promotional costs onto suppliers or using the employees of their suppliers unfairly. In 2012, the watchdog fined six home-shopping operators a total of 14.3 billion won ($12.3 million) and three large retailers a total of 23.8 billon won on similar charges. ...
