Finnish authority closes dominance probe into insulation board maker Finnfoam
( October 5, 2015, 11:02 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The Finnish competition authority has closed an investigation into alleged market abuse in the insulation-board sector by Finnfoam. The authority concluded that the suspicions of predatory pricing weren’t supported by the evidence. During the investigation Finnfoam also stopped including clauses in contracts with construction companies that required them to deal exclusively with Finnfoam, the authority said.Full statement follows in Finnish....
