Banker with China Construction Bank banned for five years for personal information violation
( October 27, 2021, 02:56 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The head of Yuyao Chengjian branch of China Construction Bank in Zhejiang province has been barred from practice for five years for infringing personal information rules, according to a notice issued by the Ningbo branch of the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission on Oct. 22. The administrative penalty decision said Shen Jingchong was directly responsible for the personal information violation and would be subject to article 253 of China’s criminal law which sets out rules and penalties for selling or providing citizens' personal information to others.
