Valve secures arbitration order from judge in consumer antitrust lawsuit over alleged platform tying

But Judge John Coughenour of the US District Court for the Western District of Washington denied Valve's request to stay similar antitrust claims from independent gaming studio Wolfire Games pending the resolution of arbitration proceedings. Court document attached....
