Reatile Gaz notifies Botswanan authority of Easigas acquisition

( September 29, 2015, 11:28 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The Botswanan Competition Authority has received a merger notification whereby liquefied petroleum gas distributor Reatile Gaz will acquire Easigas. The target is a subsidiary of Rubis Group, listed on the French stock exchange. As part of the deal, a restructuring will be carried out under which Reatile Gaz will also acquire Easigas’s distributors in Botswana, Swaziland and Lesotho. Interested parties are invited to present their views on the merger up until Oct. 9.Statement follows....
