The announcement of the end of the probe is part of the competition regulator’s campaign to highlight its stance against large-scale companies who may be in violation of subcontractor law or antitrust abuse of superior bargaining position by pressuring suppliers, subcontractors and smaller business partners to pay for rising production costs.
