Indirect purchasers seek final approval for $34.6 million in settlements in capacitors case

( September 12, 2018, 22:31 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Indirect purchaser plaintiffs have asked US District Judge James Donato to grant final approval for their settlements totaling $34.6 million with Hitachi Chemical, Soshin, Holystone, NCC/UCC and Rubycon to resolve allegations that they fix the prices of capacitors. Under the agreements, Hitachi will pay $14 million, Soshin will pay $590,000, Holystone will pay $2 million, NCC/UCC will pay $13.5 million, and Rubycon will pay $4.5 million.See document below....
