Cisco appeals in hope to broaden win over Arista at ITC

( January 9, 2017, 23:55 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Cisco Systems has filed a petition in its case against Arista, asking the US International Trade Commission to overturn several aspects of an administrative law judge's ruling. While the ALR ruled that there was a violation of Section 337, Cisco is challenging a determination that it couldn't challenge the invalidity of one of its own patents and whether that patent was indirectly infringed. Cisco also challenged the ALJ's findings on direct infringement.See document below....
