Komatsu gets Brazilian antitrust clearance to buy Joy Global

( January 10, 2017, 19:45 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Mining-equipment maker Komatsu has received Brazilian antitrust approval, without conditions, to buy rival Joy Global in a $3.7 billion transaction. The companies had filed paperwork with the Administrative Council for Economic Defense, or CADE, using a full-form notification.
