Mofcom publishes list of unconditionally cleared deals for Q2 2014

Deals cleared include Lenovo’s acquisition of IBM’s x86 server business, Bayer's acquisition of Dihon Pharmaceutical, a joint venture established by MMG to acquire the Las Bambas copper project in Peru from Glencore Xstrata, and The Hershey Company's acquisition of Chinese confectionery maker Shanghai Golden Monkey.The full statement follows....
