Iceland's telecom agency plans to grant 5G frequency permits to Nova, Siminn, Vodafone unit

( March 10, 2020, 12:00 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The Icelandic Post and Telecom Administration said it plans to allocate 5G frequency permits for 3.6 gigahertz spectrum to Nova, Siminn and Vodafone Iceland. The decision follows a draft decision that was put out for consultation in December. The permits will be valid only until Dec. 31, 2021. The allocation of frequencies will formally take place by issuing special frequency permits.Press release below in Icelandic....
