Google testimony sought by Texas AG; also hit with subpoena from Nebraska AG

In February Texas sought deposition testimony detailing the organizational structure of much of the company, according to documents obtained through a public records request. The state also issued a separate civil subpoena seeking all material Google parent Alphabet "receive[d] from or submit[ted] to the Nebraska Attorney General relating to its investigation into the business of Alphabet."Google has been hit with new subpoenas from the offices of the Nebraska and Texas attorneys general, MLex has learned....
