Court of Justice Statement: Advocate General’s Opinion in Case C 439/09 Pierre Fabre Dermo-Cosmétique

Such a ban may not benefit from a block exemption allowed for certain models of distribution agreement, he says, but it may benefit from an individual exemption from antitrust law.
