Oculus VR asks judge to dismiss allegations over claims to virtual reality headset

"The fatal flaw in TRT’s case, as Defendants pointed out in their motion to dismiss the original complaint, is that TRT has no rights under the nondisclosure agreement, and it would have no legitimate claim to the Rift technology even if it did," Oculus and Luckey said in a motion arguing that TRT did not have an agreement with Luckey and therefore lacks Article III standing to bring the suit. ...
