Serbian probe into bar association closed
( May 24, 2018, 13:05 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: An antitrust investigation into the Bar Association of Serbia has been closed by the nation's competition authority, after the watchdog couldn't establish with certainty that the assocation significantly restricted, distorted or prevented competition on the market for legal services. Since the conditions for further proceedings weren't met, the watchdog decided to close the investigation, which it had opened in July 2014 on its own initiative.Statement follows....
