Singaporean software firm ​Silverlake Axis acquires retail banking software firm SunGard Ambit

Ltd., a retail banking software and service solutions, for $12 million. Under the terms of the agreement, Silverlake Axis will acquire 100 percent of the equity of SAS from SunGard Asia Pacific Inc. The acquisition will add more than 50 new customers to Silverlake Axis' current base of over 150 customers.The company's full statement is attached....
