Singapore’s Healthway, IHC to revise acquisition terms after SGX warning

( September 17, 2015, 05:40 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Singaporean healthcare provider Healthway Medical said it has agreed with International Healthway Corporation, or IHC, to revise the terms of IHC's proposed acquisition of Healthway through a share swap. The announcement follows a Sept. 9 advisory from the Singapore Exchange, which warned investors that a review had found that more than 60 percent of the trades in IHC shares since April were conducted by a handful of individuals who seem to be connected to each other.
