UK antitrust tribunal didn’t err in preferring a truck cartel-targeted mass claim, court rules

Members of the cartel were targeted in the UK by two applications for mass claims — one from UK Trucks Claim, a special-purpose vehicle, and one from the Road Haulage Association, a UK trade association.
