ICE-Black Knight should be removed from US FTC adjudication for 28 days to weigh Optimal Blue divestiture, staff say

( July 19, 2023, 22:46 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Complaint counsel for the US Federal Trade Commission challenging Intercontinental Exchange's proposed acquisition of Black Knight in the agency's in-house court have told the commissioners the matter should be removed from adjudication for 28 days because of the proposal to divest Black Knight's Optimal Blue business. In an unopposed motion, staff said the delay would allow them "to (1) analyze the implications of the divestiture for the administrative proceedings, (2) discuss a potential resolution of the pending matter with Respondents, and (3) advise the Commission."See attached document....
