( May 6, 2013, 14:43 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The administrative court in Austria has asked the Court of Justice to clarify on questions linked to a procedure on the allocation of frequencies, as part of the tie-up between Orange and Hutchison 3G, requesting an expedited procedure in the matter. Following the deal, Hutchison 3G has taken over most of Orange's frequencies, and a package in the UMTS 2.1 GHz band was sold to A1. Hutchison now has five packages in the UMTS 2.1 GHz range, A1 has four, but T-Mobile has only three.
