Inditex accused of 'aggressive tax avoidance' by Green party

( December 8, 2016, 17:00 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Inditex, the retail giant that owns the well-known chains Zara and Massimo Dutti, has avoided 585 million euros in tax, according to a study commissioned by the European Parliament's Green group. The report accuses the company of moving its profits to lower-tax countries, such as the Netherlands, Ireland and Switzerland.
