Braslimp, Serdel, others should be fined in Brazilian outsourced services cartel probe, CADE Superintendence says

( July 13, 2023, 21:19 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Four Brazilian companies that provide outsourced services and four individuals linked to them should be found guilty and fined in a bid-rigging cartel in Espírito Santo state, Brazilian antitrust investigators said in an opinion. The companies are Braslimp Serviços, Conservo Serviços Gerais, Serdel Serviços e Conservação and Serge Serviços Conservação e Limpeza. The Superintendence of the Administrative Council for Economic Defense, or CADE, also recommended that the Tribunal close the probes of AMV Oficina Mecânica, Vix Serviços – ES, and Servlimp Serviços de Conservação e Limpeza de Vitória, as well as eleven individuals, due to lack of evidence.
