Romanian Competition Authority: Termination of antitrust proceedings into Robid and Robor indices

The probe focused on the behavior by some banks when setting the Robid and Robor market indices in 2008. The regulator imposed financial penalties on BRD-Groupe Société Générale and Raiffeisen Bank for refusal to submit to unannounced inspections and for providing inaccurate information.
