New Zealand's misuse of market power measures risk double standard with Australia, lawmakers say

In the report from New Zealand's Economic Development, Science and Innovation Committee, policymakers have said updates to the country’s 1986 Commerce Act must avoid a double standard over where a firm has substantial market power.
