Andrew Ferguson, solicitor general of Virginia, has been nominated to the FTC seat left vacant by former commissioner Noah Phillips for a seven-year term beginning Sept. 26. Melissa Holyoak, solicitor general of Utah, has been nominated to be a commissioner for the unexpired term of seven years from Sept. 26, 2018 — a spot left vacant following the resignation of Christine Wilson in March.Statement follows....
