Clock stops on Veolia-Suez Australian review, as regulator asks for more detail

In an update to the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission’s dedicated website for the deal, the regulator said it had delayed a provisional announcement deadline of Sep. 16 to allow Veolia more time to provide additional information.
