Kaiser was accused by Northbay Healthcare Group, a hospital operator and 50-percent owner of insurer Western Health Advantage, of monopolizing the market in Solano County, California.A trio of interwoven healthcare companies known as Kaiser said a rival northern California hospital's antitrust case accusing it of monopolizing the commercial health insurance market was properly dismissed....
