Indian auto manufacturer Maruti Suzuki fined $27 million for anticompetitive conduct

The Competition Commission of India said because of Maruti's 50 percent market share, the conduct had stifled competition and harmed consumers who could have benefitted from lower prices had dealers been allowed to freely price cars.
