One of the few things those in attendance agreed on is the need for regulation. But how to get there, from a conference that features the point of view of Silicon Valley looking back toward Washington and Brussels, was far less clear.Last year’s annual gathering of tech industry in-house counsel at Stanford Law School was dominated by panel discussions about law and regulation of non-fungible tokens, cryptocurrency and the metaverse. There was hardly a mention of artificial intelligence....
