US DOJ wades into REX's antitrust suit against National Association of Realtors, Zillow
By Michael Acton ( August 10, 2021, 18:39 GMT | Insight) -- The US Department of Justice has filed a statement of interest in a federal lawsuit filed by real estate agency REX against the National Association of Realtors and Zillow, with the government arguing that the NAR is wrongly implying that the DOJ already took a look at the disputed rule in the case and found it to be legal.
