( October 12, 2026, 09:19 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Indonesia's competition regulator has agreed in principle to accept behavioral commitments proposed by three online automotive marketplace companies accused of discriminatory practices, but has requested revisions to ensure the measures are clear, measurable and enforceable. The Indonesian Competition Commission, or KPPU, said on Monday that PT Mobil Satu Asia, PT Car Classifieds Indonesia and PT Car Some Indonesia must strengthen their proposed commitments to ensure the alleged anticompetitive conduct ends. The regulator assessed the proposals based on the nature and duration of the suspected violations, resulting harm, corrective actions already taken by the companies, supporting evidence and the proposed commitments and their implementation timelines. The companies must respond to the panel's proposed revisions or agree on behavioral commitments to be formalized in a pact at the next hearing on Thursday.Statement follows (in Indonesian)....
