Puerto Rican steel distributors fail to dismiss US antitrust case

District Judge Pedro A. Delgado-Hernández determined that the injunctive relief plaintiffs seek under the Clayton Act may be proper because the rebar market was and continues to be dominated by the same handful of companies that dominated the market since the alleged conspiracy begin in 2015, which may lead the companies to repeat some of their conduct.
