Pegasus wins conditional nod to buy Czech Airlines

( September 11, 2026, 10:47 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Turkish business group Pegasus Airlines has secured approval to acquire Czech Airlines holding and its subsidiary Smartwings, the Czech antitrust watchdog said Friday. To win approval, Pegasus agreed to transfer a portion of the slots for the summer season on the Prague-Antalya scheduled route to a rival airline.
