Aetna files reply for dismissal of healthcare providers' US antitrust claims

The logical result of the plaintiffs' amendment is the dismissal of their claims against Aetna, but plaintiffs attempt to walk it back by claiming the amendment was not substantive and rely on assertions that are absent from their complaint, Aetna said in its filing in the District of Massachusetts.
