Jtop receives corrective recommendation under Japan's freelance worker law

The Japan Fair Trade Commission said the Nagoya-based home-appliance delivery company deducted a total of 481,031 yen ($3,026) beyond actual bank-transfer fees from payments to 138 individual contractors who delivered, installed and cleaned home appliances.
