In its court filing, Hallmark wrote that the plaintiffs' "extraordinary request rests on remarkably little." Hallmark added that the spoliation theory "ultimately concerns the personal cell phones of two former employees, devices Hallmark did not issue, did not pay for, did not possess, and had no ownership interest in or legal right to search, image, collect, or preserve."See court document. ...
