Brazil CADE seeks sanctions over international sports media rights cartel

According to the investigation, the collusion involved price-fixing, the exchange of commercially sensitive information and market allocation in the acquisition of broadcasting rights for sporting events, including qualifiers for the 2018 FIFA World Cup, Spain's La Liga, Italy's Coppa Italia and Supercoppa Italiana, as well as athletics, cycling, tennis and other sports, between 2007 and 2018.
