Mitre 10, a rival retailer, raised concerns after its non‑exclusive arrangement with Uber was displaced amid broader concerns about Uber's network of exclusive deals with retailers. The competition watchdog confirmed an assessment is taking place, while Bunnings said the home improvement sector remains highly competitive.
