Edenred 'confident' about Italy’s meal voucher antitrust probe

The watchdog said Edenred, which holds over 50 percent of the market share, may influence pricing and extract additional revenue, potentially raising costs for retailers that are then passed on to consumers as well as hindering innovation.Meal voucher issuer Edenred said it is “confident” in the outcome of antitrust probe into its practices in the retail market announced on Thursday (see here)....
