Shein says UK tribunal incorrect over supplier information disclosure order

Shein argues the Competition Appeal Tribunal didn't have required evidence to order that the information be seen by an "outer" confidentiality ring. Shein has told a UK appeal judge that the country's competition tribunal erred when it ordered the company to disclose a list of around 450 of its most valuable suppliers to assist rival Temu's antitrust litigation against it....
