The KFTC said on Tuesday that the report found that this market structure has remained largely unchanged for many years. In several industries, competitive pressure was limited both domestically and internationally, indicating weak overall competition constraints. They study also showed that the market shares of large business groups in mining and manufacturing have continued to expand, remaining above 50 percent, highlighting the growing dominance of conglomerates in the sectors.The statement is attached (in Korean)....
