Compass denied preliminary injunction in home listing antitrust case against Zillow

( February 6, 2026, 18:09 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Compass, Inc. has not shown a likelihood of success on the merits in antitrust litigation targeting home listing marketing restrictions by Zillow, US District Judge Jeannette Vargas said in an order denying Compass' motion for a preliminary injunction. Compass "has not made a clear showing that Zillow has monopoly power in the online home search market," and also failed to show "a likelihood that Zillow entered into an anticompetitive contract, agreement, or conspiracy with Redfin," the order said.See attached file....
