Apple accused in US court of stealing Camo tech, blocking competition

( January 27, 2026, 18:24 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: London-based software Reincubate filed a US complaint accusing Apple of illegally monopolizing the mobile operating system market. According to the complaint, Apple actively encouraged Reincubate to develop its Camo app technology, which Apple then stole and incorporated directly into iOS and made it impossible for Reincubate to compete by, among other things, refusing to provide any path to access the smooth, low-latency Wi-Fi access on Apple’s devices.
