The Indonesian Competition Commission said it found evidence of systematic collusion between PT Jaya Semanggi Enjiniring and PT Permata Anugerah Yala Persada, including similarities in bid documents and supporting letters, and identified both horizontal and vertical coordination in the tender process.Two Indonesian contractors have been fined a combined 3 billion rupiah ($179,000) after being found guilty of rigging a bid related to the development of a state-owned hospital....
