Three companies fined in Romania for road maintenance bid-rigging cartel

( January 14, 2026, 13:12 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Oyl Company Holding, Autoprima Serv and Saga Infrastructură have been fined by the Romanian competition authority a total of 8.29 million lei for coordinating their commercial policies in tenders for road-maintenance contracts. The three businesses received a reduced fine after acknowledging the conduct.
